Terms of Service

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Agreement

These Terms govern your use of ContextBridge (the “Service”), an AI operations platform for managing customer conversations, connected messaging/calendar integrations, and a business knowledge base. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Your account and business data

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide about your business (the “Business Brain”), and for keeping your account credentials secure. You’re responsible for actions taken under your account, including by team members you invite.

Connected channels and integrations

To connect WhatsApp Business, Facebook/Instagram Messenger, or Google Calendar, you provide your own credentials from your own Meta Developer App or Google account. You are responsible for complying with the terms of those third-party platforms, including obtaining any consent required from your own customers to message them through a connected channel. ContextBridge acts only as the operator relaying messages and events you’ve authorized — we are not a party to your relationship with your customers or with Meta/Google.

For WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger specifically: creating a Meta Developer App is not enough on its own — Meta only delivers real customer messages to an app that has been reviewed and published, which requires your own privacy policy URL describing your own business’s data handling. Getting your Meta App published, and keeping it published, is your own responsibility, not ContextBridge’s.

AI-generated replies

The Service uses AI to draft or send replies to your customers based on the information in your Business Brain. AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing your Business Brain content for accuracy and for monitoring conversations, particularly ones escalated for human attention.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send unsolicited messages or spam through connected channels.
  • Violate any applicable law or the terms of a connected third-party platform (Meta, Google).
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

Availability and changes

The Service is provided on an “as is” basis. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContextBridge is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated replies.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse connected integrations.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
