What happens if I invite more teammates than my plan allows?
You can always keep your existing team — nobody is ever removed. You just won't be able to invite anyone new until you upgrade or free up a seat.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from your dashboard. An upgrade's higher limits apply immediately. A downgrade takes effect at your next billing period, so you always get what you already paid for.
How do I actually pay?
Today, payment is by bank transfer or Instapay — we'll show you the details on your invoice and confirm it by hand once it arrives. Card payments are coming as we finish registering the business.
What happens during my 14-day trial?
You get full access to your chosen plan's seats and AI usage cap, completely free. Your first invoice is only created once the trial ends.
Do I need my own Meta Business App?
Yes, for WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger. You connect your own credentials from your own Meta Developer App — we never see or hold Meta's test-mode data. Critically, Meta's test/sandbox mode never delivers real customer messages: your app must be reviewed and published (a privacy policy URL and subscribing your WhatsApp Business Account to the app are both required) before real conversations will reach your dashboard.
